You may return items within 30 days for a full refund of the retail price of each item. DVDs or other media products (CDs, screensavers, etc.) can only be exchanged for an identical item.
Items must still be in new condition when returned. Items that have been worn or washed cannot be returned.
Please mail back the item(s) with a copy of your receipt and a quick note explaining why you are returning the item (or the return form that should be included in your package). Please make sure that your phone number appears somewhere on the receipt.
We will refund shipping costs to return an item if it is a result of our error.
We will not be responsible for any items that arrive damaged in the mail if the package was not insured.
If you are requesting an exchange, please include $5.00 to cover postage and handling.
